Trevarren Flats
We renovated six stories of apartments and above-ground floor commercial space in Cincinnati’s Walnut Hills neighborhood.
The Trevarren Flats houses studio and 2-bedroom apartments that feature brand-new finishes and fixtures, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, espresso cabinets, oversized kitchen island, pendent lighting, ceiling fans, and washer and dryer.
